Charles Arrendale was in a mood to talk following the GCL Pirates contest against the GCL Twins, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Twins, 6-0.
"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Arrendale said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."
The right-hander blanked GCL on a 2-hitter, allowing 4 walks and racking up 7 strikeouts.
