The San Jose left fielder ripped opposing pitchers for 8 hits in 25 at-bats and 1 home run. He put together a sizzling .320 batting average as he knocked in 8 runs and scored 3 times.

So far in 1970 Green is batting .333 with 1 home run, 9 RBIs and 4 runs scored. He has 11 hits in 33 at-bats and a .488 OBP.
