Walla Walla's Peck Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits
The Phillies downed the Dodgers, 5-4, at Borleske Stadium as Jeffrey Peck exploded for 5 hits.
"A couple times, I got a pretty good pitch to hit," the Walla Walla third baseman told reporters in the postgame interview. "A couple times, I had to work for it. But I think they underestimated my abilities."
Jeffrey Peck doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, walked in the 7th, singled in the 9th and singled in the 10th.
Peck is currently hitting at a .250 pace with 1 home run and 7 RBIs.
