Pat Jarvis was in a mood to talk following the Atlanta Braves contest against the Houston Astros, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Astros, 3-0.

"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Jarvis said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."

The right-hander blanked Houston on a 5-hitter, allowing 3 walks and racking up 3 strikeouts.
