Bakersfield Loses Rauch, Out 4-5 Months

Team officials for the Bakersfield Dodgers confirmed that shoulder inflammation will force Bob Rauch to miss the rest of the season. Rauch sustained the injury on 05/10/1970. It remains to be seen who will replace Rauch on the active roster.

So far this season, Rauch has compiled a 2-2 won-lost mark with 1 save and a 2.73 ERA. In 33 innings he has fanned 33 and opponents are hitting him at a .212 clip.
