Albuquerque Shut Out, 7-0, By Sun Kings, Pryor

Jeff Pryor shut out the Albuquerque Dodgers, 7-0, on a 4-hit masterpiece for the El Paso Sun Kings at Albuquerque Sports Stadium.

"He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," El Paso skipper Mark Pace said afterward.

Pryor registered 3 strikeouts and issued 3 walks in pitching a gem.

"We just didn't swing the bats very well. Or else he just pitched good, whichever way you want to look at it," said Albuquerque manager <Mark Acuna:coach#398> after the defeat.
