Paciorek last man standing in HR Challenge
Fans at Dodger Stadium were treated to quite a show at this year's Home Run Challenge. Taking home the hardware was Tom Paciorek. The Los Angeles Dodgers center fielder subdued Jim Hibbs in the final round by a score of 7-6.
"I was glad to be part of this event," said Paciorek as he hoisted the championship trophy. "Even happier to win it."

The Spokane center fielder wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .609 average (14-for-23) with 1 home run and 4 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor.
At the moment, Paciorek is hitting .424 with 2 home runs and 14 RBIs. He has played in 18 games and scored 15 times.
Paciorek Rips Phoenix for 5 Hits
5 hits in 5 at-bats. It doesn't happen every day, and when it does, it's exciting. Today, Tom Paciorek of the Spokane Indians had a sensational game against Phoenix at Fairgrounds Ballpark. He rifled base hits all over the ballpark in his team's 5-1 shellacking of the Giants.
